STRUCTURAL VARIATIONS
StructaPanel offers many possible variations of structural strength, depending specific needs.
Based on the 5 cm. spacing on the assembly jig, as shown in the above drawings of 1.2 m. wide panels, different uniform arrangements of the primary trusses can be achieved, with spacings as multiples of 5 cm. and the appropriate tubes or organic bundles. Of course, there are many other variations, depending on specific structural requirements. Strength can be added or subtracted, as needed and all of this can be accomplished in the field to easily accommodate changes.
To further increase the strength of assemblies with beams or columns, tubes in selected locations can be eliminated and replaced with solid concrete which can be reinforced with as many primary trusses as required, as shown below.
Curved panels are as easily assembled, as the flat panels, by bending and fastening the assembly jig to arched forms and then following the same procedure, as shown in the slide show, on the Welcome page.
